Healthy Bites / The Art of Turkish Breakfasts #recipes

As a Turkish person, I admit that I am really proud of Turkish breakfast culture! It’s more like a feast rather than a quick, 5-minute-prep breakfast. I can’t list everything we eat, but I highly recommend you just Google it for a moment. Sometimes, words can’t fully explain something—it’s better to see it for yourself! As you’ll notice, Turkish breakfast is incredibly rich and offers a seemingly limitless variety of foods. We also have some special breakfast recipes, such as kuymak (a mix of corn flour, lots of cheese, and butter), menemen (scrambled eggs with vegetables and spices), and a wide range of pastries.
